Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring a BCBA to provide ABA services to children with autism in the Wichita area. You’ll work within a team that values clinician voice, ethics, and program quality while maintaining a manageable caseload.

Expect competitive compensation ($102,000–$105,000 in the first year) plus a robust benefits package, signing bonus/relocation, and ongoing CEUs to support your growth as a leader in ABA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification or certification in progress welcomed for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor future BCBAs and supervise staff as needed.
• Collaborate with local leadership to ensure program quality and growth.
