ABS Kids in Milwaukee, WI seeks a licensed BCBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to children with autism. You’ll provide high-quality ABA services, maintain a manageable caseload, and collaborate with families and peers to drive WOW moments.

Enjoy flexible schedules, no weekend work, leadership opportunities, and strong support from local leaders. First-year compensation ranges from $102,000 to $105,000 with uncapped bonuses, signing bonus, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or in progress).
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services.
• Willingness to collaborate with families, peers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children with autism.
• Maintain a manageable caseload (10–12 clients per BA).
• Collaborate with families and peers to support progress.
• Support and mentor future BCBAs as needed.
