Job summary

ABS Kids in Colorado is seeking a BCBA to lead high-quality ABA services for children with autism. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and clinical teams to maximize progress.

Enjoy flexible scheduling with no weekends, a strong compensation package including $102,000–$105,000 guaranteed first-year pay plus an uncapped bonus, relocation/signing incentives, comprehensive benefits, CEU support, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress—we welcome new grads!)
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services
• Ability to supervise and mentor other BCBAs and staff

• Collaborate with families, schools, and clinical staff to maximize progress
