ABS Kids in California is seeking a BCBA to join our mission-driven team. You will provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism, manage a reasonable caseload, and enjoy a flexible schedule with no weekend requirements.

The role offers a guaranteed first-year salary of $102,000–$105,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus, relocation signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k), CEUs, and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or in-progress); new grads welcome.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services.
• Strong collaboration and integrity to support families.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of 10–12 clients per BA.
• Collaborate with families and a clinical team to monitor progress.
