Job summary

Helping Hands Family - Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in Lancaster County. The role includes supervising RBTs and conducting assessments, all within a supportive clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will have active BCBA certification and a passion for ethical client-centered ABA. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, along with comprehensive benefits including relocation assistance and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
