Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Uphold BACB ethical and professional standards.
