Qualifications

• Pediatric therapy experience (1 year preferred but not required).
• BCBA degree with active license in the United States (will need to obtain license in Hawaii).
• Live on the island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for children with autism.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
