Key Autism Services is hiring BCBA clinicians across multiple states, including Colorado, to deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families. We offer flexible models (center-based or in-home), supportive mentorship, and a commitment to evidence-based practice with attainable caseloads.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and LABA if required by state.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Ability to deliver in-home services and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure plan fidelity.
• Support families with coaching and data interpretation.
