Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensed or eligible for NC LBA license.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation.
• Ensure services meet ethics, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
