Intellistars ABA in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct functional assessments, and collaborate with families and other professionals to improve quality of life for children with developmental disabilities.

This hybrid role offers flexible hours and an hourly pay range of $80 to $95.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• HIPAA-compliant medical documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for cohesive behavior management.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles.
• Collect and analyze data to measure intervention effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
