Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across the state in a hybrid in-home and remote clinical setting. The role emphasizes supervision of technicians, care-coordinator collaboration, and ongoing clinical leadership.

Qualified candidates hold BCBA certification and NC licensure eligibility, with a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related fields and experience with autism. Flexible full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Eligible for North Carolina licensure as a BCBA or currently licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
