Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy is hiring BCBA professionals for hybrid/remote roles serving Maryland-based clients. We emphasize quality care, clinician support, and work-life balance, with flexible schedules and a supportive director staff.

Eligible candidates hold a Maryland LBA (or are willing to obtain) and a Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis or related field; supervision of RBTs is expected; must have reliable transportation and pass background check; full-time is 25 hours weekly, part-time

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland LBA is required or willing to obtain before start.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Create individualized ABA programs and goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person).
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed.
• Provide monthly parent training.
• Complete billing, notes, and reports on time.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership.
