Big Dreamers ABA in Laurel, Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team with a 75% remote schedule and approximately 25% in-person supervision for clients and RBTs. Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Maryland LBA licensure are required.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to provide 25% in-person supervision while supervising remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
