Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services, including supervision of technicians, parent training, and ongoing program adjustments. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-home and remote clinical duties.

Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for NC licensure, with a Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fields, and prior ABA experience, especially with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required or strongly preferred.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

NC licensure eligibility

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
