BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across a hybrid model, combining in-home work, supervision, and remote clinical duties. The role supports children and families, with opportunities for full-time or part-time arrangements.

The successful candidate will hold NC licensure, a relevant master's degree, and experience with autism/ developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
