BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role providing ABA services to children and families. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and care teams.

The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules with strong clinical support, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for licensure expansion and leadership growth.

Formación

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
