BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical work.

You may work full-time or part-time, with strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for long-term growth. North Carolina licensure is required or in progress; a master's in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure or licensed as BCBA.
• Experience providing ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behaviour technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
