Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid in-home, supervision, and remote clinical setting.

The role supports children and families, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, provides supervision to behavior technicians, and collaborates with caregivers and inter-disciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals. Full-time or part-time opportunities with strong clinical support are available.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behaviour technicians
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
