Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across home and clinical settings in a hybrid role. The position accommodates both full-time and part-time arrangements with strong clinical support and growth opportunities.

The role includes supervision of behavior technicians, development and adjustment of treatment plans, and caregiver training, with emphasis on ethical practice and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
