Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in a hybrid role combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The successful candidate will hold NC licensure (or be eligible), have a master's in Behavior Analysis or related field, and bring ABA experience with autism; strong clinical supervision skills are a plus. The position supports growth, flexibility, and long‑term career development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
