Job summary

Ahead ABA in Germantown, MD is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Germantown and nearby Montgomery County.

We are a caring, in-home ABA team with a mission to do great clinical work without burnout.

You will run assessments and write treatment plans, supervise and coach RBTs, train parents and caregivers, and track progress toward goals, with a flexible hybrid schedule that includes remote time for paperwork.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland Behavior Analyst license, or able to get one
• A heart for kids and families
