Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. The hybrid role includes one required in-person visit per month, with remote work predominating.

The position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while upholding ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska BCBA licensure or willing to obtain.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical compliance.
