Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month, with the rest of the work conducted remotely.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to reach meaningful clinical progress. Licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligible or currently licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ethical standards.
