Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid position allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, facilitating flexible scheduling.

The successful candidate will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress while ensuring ethical and compliant

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure (eligible or current)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards
