Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions across homes and schools.

You will work with families and a team of professionals, supervising RBTs and other staff, while contributing to data-driven progress through Central Reach.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field, plus certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of ABA therapy
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Must be willing to travel to clients' homes, schools, and other community settings as needed to provide therapy and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify individuals' strengths and areas of need
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals
• Implement evidence-based interventions using the principles of ABA
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes and schools
• Train and supervise other ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
