Job summary

Achieve Better ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks dedicated BCBAs to join our hybrid team. We provide in-home ABA therapy focusing on autism, with flexible hours and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

We value work-life balance and offer full-time or part-time opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting intake evaluations, supervising technicians, designing treatment plans, training staff and families, and tracking progress with data-driven summaries.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Write behavioral positive behavior support plans
• Vehicle required with travel between assignments and valid driver’s license
• Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans
• Train parents, caregivers and ABA technicians on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed and provide routine progress summaries
