Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of learners with individualized treatment goals.
• Train parents/caregivers in center and community settings.
• Conduct assessments for new learners and handle insurance documents.
• Collaborate with clinical team for center management.

Skills

Behavior analytic content knowledge

Supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Effective communication with parents/caregivers

Education

Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
