Job summary

Headway ABA in North Carolina seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time or full-time, on-site/hybrid role. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, oversee ABA therapy, and train staff.

You will collaborate with families to provide education, maintain open communication, and monitor progress to improve outcomes. A valid BCBA and active licensure are required; flexible hours and potential caseload growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Active state licensure to practice behavior analysis.
• Experience supervising RBTs and/or behavior technicians.
• Experience with VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/AFLS and data collection.
• Strong communication and ethics in practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA therapy implementation and progress monitoring.
• Train and support staff including RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for education and engagement.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
