Job summary

Magnolia Behavior Therapy in Spokane, WA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead home-based ABA services for children with autism and their families.

We offer full-time or part-time opportunities, competitive pay of $50–$70 per hour, and a supportive clinical team focused on growth, collaboration, and quality care. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing
• Washington State licensure (LBA) required
• Ability to complete background screening
• Reliable transportation for home-based services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA treatment for children at home
• Oversee implementation and ongoing evaluation of ABA programs
• Monitor client progress and analyze data to guide decisions
• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
• Train caregivers and collaborate with families to generalize skills
• Modify treatment based on progress and needs
• Maintain high-quality, consistent care with the team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
