Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Provides behavioral analysis services to children with autism in home and community settings, reporting to Executive Director and Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
• Proficient in Central Reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings; supervised by Executive Director and Clinical Director.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and team-oriented.
