Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team. We provide home- and community-based ABA therapy for infants through teens, focusing on communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.

You will work under the direction of our Executive Director and Clinical Director, with opportunities for in-home and hybrid schedules, ongoing professional development, and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Established management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and able to work well in teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders both in home and in the community. The BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.

Qualifications:
