Job summary

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities across clinic, home, school, and community settings. Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license required.
• Experience delivering evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Supervise RBTs and provide guidance on data collection and client safety.
• Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary partners.
