Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Mexico. The role involves developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

The position offers both in-person work in New Mexico and telehealth remote options, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Responsibilities
