Job summary
Highlights Healthcare, LLC is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for our North Carolina Learning Centers. This full-time clinical role offers a sign-on/retention bonus, relocation assistance if needed, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health, dental, life, vision, and a 401K.
As a BCBA you will supervise ABA staff, monitor intervention effectiveness for children with autism, develop child-specific behavior plans, and contribute to improving client service,
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited program in ABA or related field.
- Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Experience programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs.
- Reliable car, valid driver's license, proof of insurance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise ABA staff for clients with dignity and privacy.
- Monitor effectiveness of ABA interventions for children with autism.
- Conduct psychological analyses and diagnostic testing.
- Provide supervision to ABA Behavior Technicians.
- Develop child-specific behavior plans per ABA principles.
- Lead projects to improve client service and satisfaction.
- Lead projects to improve employee performance and retention.
- Develop initiatives to improve referral source satisfaction.
