Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our established local team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, analyze data to drive progress, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with families across clinic, home, and community settings.

We offer a manageable caseload, 24 billable hours per week, strong clinical support, administrative assistance, and opportunities for advancement within a statewide

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure or eligibility within one month of hire.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience.
• Experience with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment based on client progress.
• Supervise and support clinical team members.
• Train and collaborate with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with families and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide services across clinic, home, and community settings.
