Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree in a developmental field and BCBA certification required.
At least one year direct ABA experience with children with autism.
Experience consulting with families, educational and clinical staff preferred; five years preferred.
Willingness to work non-traditional hours and be available by phone/email as needed.
Self-motivated and highly organized; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer ABA intervention programs for children with autism.
Provide supervision of ABA and training for parents and teachers.
Engage in business, marketing and philanthropic activities to promote the program.
Actively participates in a multi-disciplinary team.
