New Patterns ABA FL in Ocala, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our compassionate team. You will assess and treat behavioral disorders in children, collaborating with families to implement effective plans.

As a BCBA, you will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, train caregivers, and stay current with practices to provide high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB required.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Lead the implementation of behavioral treatment plans, working closely with families and other professionals
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Provide training and consultation to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on behavioral techniques and strategies
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis, incorporating new knowledge into practice
