Job summary

Ability Builders in Bluffton, Indiana seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services on site. You will conduct assessments, design evidence-based plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to improve outcomes.

This role emphasizes ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and a multidisciplinary approach to support individuals with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Indiana.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans to promote meaningful, lasting outcomes.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client data and make timely clinical decisions toward treatment goals.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to support skill generalization.
• Partner with interdisciplinary providers, school teams, and community stakeholders when appropriate.
• Complete documentation meeting BACB, insurance, Medicaid, and company standards.
• Participate in peer collaboration, clinical reviews, and professional development opportunities.
• Uphold BACB ethics.
