Autism Learning Partners is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Palmdale, CA. The role offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours, Monday–Friday, and no mandatory weekend work.

There is a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a potential annual salary of $82,000 to $100,000 based on experience, with a monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,800 (up to $21,600/year). You’ll join a clinician-led team focused on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and parent training as part of caseload.
