Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Rockville, MD seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children. You will supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality behavioral care within a supportive team.

You’ll work closely with families and schools, analyze data, adjust interventions as needed, and engage in ongoing professional development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
