Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor for a full‑time role in the Inglewood Unified School District. The position focuses on developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for students with special needs while training interventionists and school staff.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a related field, and 2+ years of ABA or behavior intervention experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Counseling, or related field.
• Two+ years of experience in ABA therapy, special education, or behavior intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop BIPs.
• Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs), RBTs, and school staff.
• Oversee intervention implementation, modify strategies based on data, and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and clinical teams to support student success.
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB ethical standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide staff training, and document progress reports.
