Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead and mentor clinicians across services from east Ventura County to Goleta, CA.

You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, and ensure quality outcomes for children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing function-based BIPs, training technicians, providing caregiver coaching, and ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs.
• Experience writing function-based Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Experience training and supervising direct-care staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Write, train, and oversee implementation of function-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Train and coach Behavior Technicians and Behavior Assistants on skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures.
• Provide supervision, performance feedback, and professional development to clinical staff.
• Deliver caregiver training to support treatment generalization and long-term success.
• Analyze data and make treatment recommendations.
• Lead crisis prevention and crisis management training for staff.
• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
