Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health in Ventura, CA, is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee a caseload of approximately 18 clients across West Ventura County, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Goleta. This clinical leadership role emphasizes data-driven treatment and quality care.

You will provide a mix of in-person and telehealth supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians, collaborating with families and schools while ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and HIPAA/FERPA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current California BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for payer credentialing.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of ABA measurement, assessment, treatment design, and supervision best practices.
• Experience providing ABA services in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical decisions with FBAs and functional assessments.
• Develop data-driven treatment plans and function-based BIPs.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior technicians with BST and feedback.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and other professionals; maintain documentation with accuracy.
