Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee approximately 18 clients across West Ventura County, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Goleta. This is a clinical leadership role with emphasis on treatment quality, supervision, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will supervise RBTs/technicians, conduct FBAs, develop function-based BIPs, and ensure data-driven decisions across home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing required.
• 1-3+ years BCBA experience preferred.
• Credentialing with CenCal and Carelon (GCHP) preferred.
• Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: oversee clinical decisions, develop data-driven treatment plans, and supervise staff.
• Supervision & Staff Development: provide BST to team and supervise RBTs/techs.
• Collaboration & Documentation: coordinate with families, schools, physicians, and other professionals; maintain accurate records.
