Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health, an ABA organization serving Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead a caseload of about 18 clients across West Ventura County, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Goleta.

This hybrid role combines in-person and telehealth supervision, with a focus on clinical decision-making, treatment quality, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for payer credentialing.
• California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience providing ABA services in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills-based assessments.
• Develop data-driven treatment plans and function-based BIPs.
• Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs and technicians.
• Coordinate care with families, schools and other professionals.
• Ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance and accurate documentation.
