Beachmont Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee a caseload of ~18 clients across West Ventura County, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Goleta.

This clinical leadership role emphasizes high-quality supervision and data-driven treatment decisions in home and community settings. You will supervise RBTs and technicians, deliver BST, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure adherence to BACB ethics and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for payer credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills-based assessments.
• Develop data-driven treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and technicians.
• Collaborate with families, schools and physicians; document accurately.
