Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas. This hybrid role combines in-home supervision with 75% remote flexibility, supported by a strong admin team so you can focus on quality care.

You will supervise clinical programming for a small caseload, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs, and collaborate with families while maintaining Maryland compliance.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA license.
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote).

Responsabilidades

We are a premier provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas.

About The Role

As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision and 75% remote flexibility, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care.

• This position requires 25% in-person attendance. The remainder can be performed remotely.
• You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.
