Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Temecula, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead in-home ABA therapy with a 20–25 billable hour weekly caseload. The role offers a flexible schedule, a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus a $6,000 annual bonus potential, CEU support, mileage reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Remote supervision options and strong mentorship are available. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate with families and insurers to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in quality management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
• Create materials to support behavior plans
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives
• Supervise and mentor behavioral direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to meet evolving client needs
