Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians (BT) and monitor service delivery.
• Provide parent training at clients’ homes and during sessions.
• Conduct assessments and data analysis to guide interventions.
• Design curricula, interventions, and behavioral plans using Catalyst.
• Document progress reports and treatment planning regularly.
