The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA-based treatment plans and supervise behavior technicians. This role involves coordinating with caregivers and payers, conducting data-driven progress reviews, and maintaining compliant documentation in client records.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with proven ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required for the role.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of ABA treatment and supervise technicians.
• Collaborate with caregivers, payers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and data tracking.

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
